it is with great sadness that we have to announce the sudden passing of one of our owners Rob Mills. He will be missed every single day because of his smile, energy and focus on the family we have created.
Rob was larger than life and there is no replacement for such a wonderful human being,

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, overseeing the front-of-house team and ensuring impeccable service standards are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
· Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
· Monitor and manage restaurant reservations, seating assignments, and guest flow to optimize efficiency
· Oversee the maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area
· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
· Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
· Manage inventory and supplies for the front-of-house operations
· Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations
· Serve customers directly to ensure a full understanding of the operations and food quality
· Management of daily sales reconciliations and cash controls
· POS & Valley Eats set up and updates
· Reporting
· Daily reconciliation of sales and deposits
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace
· Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and reservation platforms
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Certification in food safety and sanitation (preferred)
